1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@equpro.eu with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will notify you of the return status.


3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact sales@equpro.eu within 3 days of receiving your order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at sales@equpro.eu within 3 days with your order details and photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
